Everyone pretends the FMD problem does not exist. Is FMD not in the Kansas vocabulary? Has anyone else in Kansas read the Crimson Sky? Do the people in Kansas realize that the FMD risk analysis for the GAO has got to be dealt with? Rep. Price is fully aware and will not fund the NBAF until the FMD is proven that it can be safely researched on the mainland. The questions above keep popping up.
