Family and friends determined to bring Kelly home will hold a second Prayer Vigil for her on Friday. The vigil will begin at 7 p.m. It will be held at the First Baptist Church of Creedmoor at the corner of Main Street and Church Street in Creedmoor. Kelly’s father and step-mother are organizing the vigil.
