I Consciencely committed to Service to my Country “The U.S. in 1973 during an Investigation with the F.B.I.” when I told them I would Help them However I could and Began carrying Signals to my Government ever Since. So my Service, I Claimed was A “Volunteer Inteliigence”, but in Reality I’ve been trying to Get paid for about 36 yrs and Didn’t know why, but in these Same Siganals, I also made a Verbal Contract with the Government too, as I am a Missouri Resident and in Missouri My Word is my Business and My Contract too! The Intelligence,Weapons Systems, and Advice I’ve given are worth Something too, and Hope to be paid soon. For I have made some Major contributions to Our Government. The Hope of Being like others in This Business is what Has led to This Explosion of Intelligence Operators into the Private Industry and Makes a lot of Sense, for the Public seems to Have more Protections and Rights than a Military or Civilian Government Employee, but at the Same Time are liable for Everything, so the Pay has to Protect the Method of Delivery, for those whom are Trusted to Protect Both The Government as well as The System too. Then The Businesses are More Likely to Perform along Goverment Guidelines. They Have to to Protect the Business as well as The Nation and The Operations inside the Pie. Businesses are very able to Go into other Countries and setup as the Government is able to Operate within these Businesses, and Look as The Employees of a Very Successful Business Operation unsuspected of all Activities that would otherwise Compromise the Government or the Business. The Advantages of this are Phenominal, and are giving the U.S.Government all the Resources WE need to Do Government Business too, like Fight and Win Wars! Volunteer Intelligence
