Drop the Charges against peaceful student protester

It should be noted that ALL changes were dropped against Tamara by the Orange County Assistant District Attorney, Jeffrey Nieman. In a letter to Tamara’s attorney, Al McSurely, Nieman said “the facts [are] insufficient for conviction beyond a reasonable doubt” or to put it another way; there was no probable cause for the arrest. More concerning the DA’s decision to drop charges, courtesy [...]

Citizens should be Protected from the Courts

Update: Michael Daniel was found guilty of Second Degree Murder for the murder of Ike Terry on July 21 2008. His conviction netted him 21 years, 10 months and 24 days in the North Carolina Department of Corrections with a projected release date of 2/18/28. Daniel’s will be 42 years old when he is released.
