National Bio Agro Defense Facility – Site EIS Contract

I have gotten a few emails asking who was preforming the Evironmental Impact Statement for the Butner Site.
Contract LGLO8COOOO3 was awarded to Dial Cordy and Associates, Inc. on October 15, 2007 for 4,328,164. They will preform the EIS for all proposed sites.

Raleigh City Council To Weigh In On NBAF

Raleigh City Council is holding a public hearing Tuesday, Feb. 5, at 7 p.m. at the council’s chambers, 222 W. Hargett St. The council could vote on whether to support NBAF, but could also choose only to hear public comment and delay the decision.
